Even though school management systems have been in existence for a long time, most schools still see them as out of reach products meant for a few. This is mainly due to the high cost of adoption and maintenance.

We ventured into this space, and created school management systems in 3 variants. The first is offline, and can be used as is, with custom updates on demand being supported. The second and third alternatives are online versions which gets over the air updates, and has optional complementary mobile versions, which can be used by parents and staff for further convenience. For the second version, we allow full purchase of the unlocked online version by schools.
For the SDVEN GO online version, which is our third variant, our rate ranges from shs. 3000 - shs. 4000 p/m for the desktop software. The mobile app option increases the starting price to shs. 3500 - shs. 4500 p/m. We offer full customization of the mobile app, and it is normally ready for use a week after adoption of the desktop.
Our subscriptions are not retroactive in nature, but forward looking. This means that whenever there are long holidays and the software is not on active usage for the month, then no charge happens for that month. The Mobile application is never discontinued within the period of inactivity, hence we strongly recommend it as an option.
